Avantor is looking for a German and English speaking Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team Do you want to use your creativity by writing job adverts, your organisational skills by scheduling interviews, your administrative skills by creating data reports and presentations that help us drive our success? This role has it all

The Team

Our European Talent Acquisition Team, spread all over Europe, exists of 15 enthusiastic team members who support recruitment in approximately 20 countries all over Europe. Whilst our business is growing, the Talent team is also expanding, we are therefor looking for new team members.

What we’re looking for?
- Experience: previous experience with administration and ideally creative writing is desired
- Language: strong communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken are essential.
- MS Office: you have a good level of Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills. (e.g. pivot tables, lay-out, formulas,...)

- You are confident in presenting in meetings and speaking with different stakeholders
- You enjoy collaborating in a team

- Write engaging job adverts and post them on relevant job boards including LinkedIn
- Help to drive the team for succes by monitoring data and reposting adverts
- Create weekly reports for different stakeholders within the organisation
- Prepare Powerpoint Presentations to present to leadership
- Offer general administrative support to the team
