- Unsere Abteilung "Service Applications" im Bereich "Global Customer Services" sucht tatkräftige Unterstützung Als Junior Digital Project Manager*in fungieren Sie als Sprachrohr zwischen Anwender*innen und Entwickler*innen. In dieser vielseitigen Rolle prüfen Sie die Applikations-Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich auf Umsetzbarkeit und Notwendigkeit und geben diese an unsere IT weiter. Sie unterstützen unsere Product Owner*innen bei der Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse und testen gemeinsam erste Lösungsansätze. Das klingt spannend für Sie? **Aufgaben**:

- Erfassen von IT-Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
- Bewertung der Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen der Anwender*innen
- Organisatorische Begleitung der Umsetzungen
- Unterstützung der CRM Global Product Owner*innen (Verfassen von User Stories, User Acceptance Testing, Ausarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten, Dokumentation etc.)
- Einbringung eigener Ideen für Softwarefunktionalitäten
- Unterstützung bei Schulungen sowie aktive Unterstützung der KeyUser*innen

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT (HTL/FH/Uni) oder mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Auch Quereinsteiger mit gutem IT- und Prozessverständnis sind willkommen
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Erste Erfahrungen im SAP und/oder CRM Bereich von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
