**What to do**:
We are looking for students to support our workplace teams. Typical tasks - depending on the field - would be
- Operational interface to external Service Desk Providers and internal service recipients
- Internal SPOC for ticket problems
- Tracking and forwarding of ticket problems and requests
- Ticket management and analysis
- Development of solutions for structural ticket problems
- Support of IT workplace related projects, e.g. testing the new request tool from a demand manager's and user's perspective
- Support our Workplace research & development team with your knowledge and help us solve tricky problems together with high-end specialists

- Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH), IT related
- Customer orientation, organizational skills and a structured way of working
- High interest in IT workplace related issues
- Capable of prioritizing and assessing situations correctly
- Passion for teamwork and continuous learning
- At least conversational German and English (we offer language courses)
- Curious and empathetic, treating all people with respect
- Immediate start for an internship with the duration of 12 months with the potential for further extension
