Our interdisciplinary teams are highly motivated and built on a broad range of technical expertise with a strong technical foundation in domains such as mechanical and electrical engineering, mechatronics, natural sciences as well as software and firmware.

To lead our global technical support team we, are looking for a

Head of Global Technical Support (f/m/d) based in our Head quarter in Graz.

Job summary and key objectives:

- Establish the 2nd level support infrastructure for our distributor channels worldwide
- Support on-site installations and maintenance at the end user if required
- Provide support and coordinate technical trainings
- Distribute and maintain all relevant information to our distributors
- Support the sales and marketing team by providing technical information and support during, exhibitions, workshops and demos
- Conduct frequent support staff meetings and conference calls
- Provide support on all QA- and regulatory affairs related activities
- Develop satisfaction
- and support improvement initiatives
- Maintain the spare part stock levels
- Verify and report all quality problems and potential product problems
- Provide technical solutions for difficult installations and special distributor requests

Qualifications, skills and competences:

- Manager with a minimum of 10 years experiences in technical service of medical device/laboratory diagnostic equipment
- Degree in technical education (engineer, technican, BS) or a clinical laboratory background
- Good communication, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft products, database)
- Fluent language skills in English and German (verbal and writing)
- Ability to travel up to 50% during the launch phase

Deine Aufgaben:

- Aufbau der 2nd-Level-Support-Infrastruktur für unsere weltweiten Vertriebskanäle
- Planen, Koordinieren und Überwachen aller Support-Aktivitäten, einschließlich Anwendungssupport und Schulungsaktivitäten
- Unterstützung von Installationen und Wartung vor Ort beim Endbenutzer, falls nötig
- Bereitstellung von Support und Koordination technischer Schulungen
- Verteilung und Aktualisierung aller relevanten Informationen an unsere Vertriebspartner
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs
- und Marketingteams durch Bereitstellung technischer Informationen und Unterstützung bei Messen, Workshops und Vorführungen
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Besprechungen und Telefonkonferenzen mit dem Supportpersonal
- Unterstützung bei allen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit QS- und Regulierungsfragen
- Entwicklung von Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Zufriedenheit und des Supports
- Auf-Stand-Halten des Ersatzteillagers
- Überprüfung und Meldung aller Qualitätsprobleme und potenziellen Produktprobleme
- Bereitstellung technischer Lösungen für schwierige Installationen und spezielle Anfragen der Vertriebspartner

Dein Profil:

- Manager mit mindestens 10 Jahren Erfahrung im technischen Service für medizinische Geräte/Labordiagnosegeräte
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Background im klinischen Laborbereich
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten, gut im Umgang miteinander
- Fortgeschrittene Computerkenntnisse (Microsoft-Produkte, Datenbanken)
- Englisch und Deutsch fließend (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Reisebereitschaft bis zu 50% während der Launch-Phase
