M7 Group, a subsidiary of CANAL+ INTERNATIONAL, is a European pay-TV operator offering a variety of packages to more than three million subscribers in eight countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.

M7 Group's rapid growth is due to the successful conversion of millions of free TV viewers into recurring pay TV subscribers in just a few years. The model offers subscribers an attractive range of additional TV services at a very competitive market price. The hybrid TV offering includes key channels as well as film and sports content in state-of-the-art HD quality and innovative interactive services such as reboot, replay and TV on demand.

VIE Contract - Business Development and Regional Expansion Assistant

Your objective

Support the further growth of our business and the expansion of our footprint and services

Your main tasks
- Support the preparation of business cases and market entry plans as well as negotiations with potential business partners
- Create market overviews for potential new territories
- Organize and manage various workstreams
- Set-up meetings and prepare agendas
- Collect and summarize outcomes
- Track progress and ensure follow-up and escalation where needed
- Prepare decision documents for management
- Coordinate product development and preparation of (launch) marketing plans
- Support content research and cost estimation for potential new territories

**Profile**:

- University degree in business administration or similar
- Strong interest in business development and the media industry; affinity for the CEE/SEE region
- First work experience in line with the above tasks would be an advantage
- Team player with willingness to travel and ability to quickly adapt to new challenges
- Good communicator, open-minded and working proactively
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, Bulgarian, Croatian or Serbian would be an advantage
