We are looking for a qualified Technical Product Owner responsible for defining and prioritizing features for implementation with the mobile app team. Working closely with the product manager and stakeholders across the organization you will focus on high-quality software development that align with business goals. You are the technical interface between product management and app development team.

**Job Description**:

- Working with product management and developers to appropriately capture feature requests and to organize them into properly prioritized user stories.
- Working as part of the development team to clarify requirements, dependencies and help them understand the business side of the product.
- You are a master at translating customer requirements into technical language and present complex relationships for product management and development teams in a simplified way.
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding features, functionality, and deadlines.
- Promoting agile principles and practices.
- Collaborating with the agile coach in assessing the maturity of the team to implement fitting processes.
- Reviewing mockups, prototypes or other proofs of concept for feasibility before allowing them to move to the next stage of development.
- You are the first ‘person to talk to’ when another team has a dependency or question

**Qualifications**:

- You are a team player with experience as a product owner or in the management of app projects, preferably in e-commerce.
- Alternatively, you are a product-, and process-minded mobile app developer who wants to take the next step.
- A technical education with a focus on software engineering.
- A profound technical understanding of what it needs to develop and ship a feature.
- You have developed software for iOS and/or Android.
- Willingness and power to drive a team also in a partially remote setup.
- Understanding the interplay between new features, system complexity, and technical debt, deciding on sensible trade-offs.
- Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus
