OVERVIEW

You will continuously align with stakeholders to build new product features from the idea to the implementation, enhance and improve existing Products and develop new ideas based on your experience and your interactions with the market.

You will generate product requirements, determine specifications, set priorities and timetables and assure the successful execution of the product implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defines the product requirements based on inputs from Commercial/Business Unit and Technology strategy
- Owns, prioritizes and maintains the Product Backlog
- Manages requirements dependencies with other teams, negotiating and reprioritizing.
- Translates business features into appropriately detailed user stories and define technical requirements
- Supports the SCRUM team during sprints
- Gathers the voice of the customer, manages stakeholder, drives all product improvements based on market and customer needs
- Defines the Product Roadmap
- Promotes the product internally and externally
- Manages KPIs and optimizes TCO (development and operation)

Reporting and collaboration

The holder of the position works closely with Engineering and collaborates with the Business Units, PMO and the Commercial organizations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Experience and Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering OR equivalent relevant work experience in IT
- Min. 2-3 years’ work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar
- Knowledge of requirements engineering standards (user stories, use cases, UML etc.)
- Excellent English language skills (oral & written)
- Ability to collect, clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design
- Experience to work in dislocate teams in a global, multicultural environment
