**What you will be doing**:

- Wear many hats, ranging from IT consultant to interim CTO, to guide our ventures through their diverse tech needs
- Help venture architects turn ideas into MVPs, lending your technical expertise to define scope, features, and feasibility
- Work side by side with external tech professionals, creating clear roadmaps, strategies, and plans for each venture
- Help turn tech ideas into real business models, supporting each venture from the drawing board all the way to the market
- Organize, run, and moderate hands-on workshops, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for tech
- Be the tech mentor for our innovation teams, inspiring them and keeping them up to speed on the latest tech strategies
- Oversee tech budgets, making sure our ventures get the most bang for their buck
- Guide our ventures through their ups and downs, bringing your tech leadership to every challenge
- You get freedom to continue to work on your personal pet project(s)
- You work with state of the art low code/ no code tools to develop prototypes and simple mvps

**What you need to be successful in the role**:

- Min. 2 years in a leadership role in technology or digital product development
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a software developer, ideally coupled with some years of product owner experience
- You know different tech stacks and have solid coding skills in Python, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like React
- You’re savy enough to work with automation tools like Zapier, and are willing to put your hands on simple ERP systems like Odoo
- You love keeping up with tech trends and innovations, and you're great at using this knowledge to benefit our ventures
- You've got battle scars from working in startups or similar fast-paced environments
- You're a natural at running workshops, sharing your knowledge, and sparking enthusiasm for tech
- You think like an entrepreneur, love to create, take responsibility seriously, and you're a self-starter
- You're great at making complex tech issues easy to understand
- You're fluent in both German and English
- You're willing to hit the road for client meetings when needed, and you're comfortable working remotely

**Salary**:
We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 40.114,90 for this position. However we offer a competive base salary according to a career scheme that takes your qualifications, experience and personal commitment into account. Plus, you will also get nice benefits on top We would be happy to tell you more in a personal interview.
