The department is responsible for the model governance of credit risk models. The key responsibilities include the management and rollout of CRM specific policies and processes, the lead of projects and initiatives in the CRM area, the oversight and regular report of all CRM changes in bank activities and the management of tasks and deliveries required by the regulation for the maintenance of Credit Risk Models. The model landscape department provides standards and services along the model lifecycle within CRM and to local entities as stipulated in the respective policies. The department maintain key expertise in the Asset Class and Default & Forbearance Policy and provides support / expertise on group-wide level.

**Your Tasks**:

- Support Model Landscape Steering and Oversight (Model Inventory tool, update of yearly Model Tiering, maintenance of the model change stock-plan, Model Risk Management Report )
- Support of the model change initiatives (tracking, reporting on the progress and status)
- Support in the preparation of regulatory (ECB) packages for requesting approval of model changes
- Support on the further development of Model Governance policy framework

**Your Background**:

- Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a business, financial or technical focus
- Basic knowledge of relevant industry best-practices in the area of CR model development and/or Project Management
- Basic knowledge of the Risk Management and other Bank Processes
- IT basics (MS Office). Understanding other tools might be beneficial (SQL, Tableau, VBA etc.)
