**About The Role**:
Entain is on the hunt for Football/ Sport mad graduates, who want to step into the digital marketing space. We are hiring **German** speakers to join us here in our **Vienna** office, where you will learn the world of CRM and become an expert marketer covering the game we all love.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of 4 and will take a lead on planning, coordinating, analysing and optimizing all CRM & promotional activities. Ideation and creative thinking required as promotions and campaigns must increase customer satisfaction and engagement **for our popular sports brand - bwin**. The role will also be hands on, so you’ll be writing copy, creating striking images featuring your favorite European clubs, building landing pages, creating target groups and sending communications to customers about Sports, Casino and Poker every single week.

**So finally, who are we looking for?**
- Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
- At least 4 years’ experience within CRM or a marketing role.
- _Educational (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing or Business Management._
- _Nature of the work requires deep understanding of CRM promotions and tool mechanics, creative thinking to generate concepts, and analytical thinking to assess and optimise activities to drive commercial impact.
- _Fluent _**_German_**_ speaker with strong written and spoken English language skills and a good understanding of Austrian culture._
