Das Aufgabengebiet des Complaint Management Professional ist ein sehr vielfältiges. Es beinhaltet die Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung eingehender Reklamationen, die Koordination von Aufgaben, die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern, das Verfassen von Stellungnahmen, die Datenanalyse oder die Auswertung von Trends.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**Bewertung und Klassifizierung von Reklamationen**

In dieser Rolle bist du für die Bewertung und Klassifizierung von Reklamationen auf Grundlage eines festgelegten Prozesses zuständig. Außerdem koordinierst du Aufgaben, die für die Bearbeitung der Reklamationen notwendig sind. Darüber hinaus verfasst du Stellungnahmen basierend auf allen verfügbaren Informationen.

**Monitoring von Daten**

In dieser Rolle reflektierst du häufig auftretende Reklamationsgründe und leitest daraus Rückschlüsse zur langfristigen Qualitätssteigerung ab. Das Monitoring von Daten sowie die Erstellung von Trendanalysen zur Unterstützung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses gehören auch zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL), Studium (Lebensmittel
- oder Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik, Naturwissenschaften o.ä.) oder mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Quality Management Position, idealerweise mit einem Fokus Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten / sehr gute Kommunikations-Skills
- Selbständige, strukturierte, genaue und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken und problemlösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Analytisches Mindset
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Wunsch, an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen zu arbeiten
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Stressresistenz und Freude an Teamarbeit

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2,041 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
