Junior Strategic Product Manager

The Strategic Product Management Team acts as a bidirectional interface between the automotive market and our software and hardware development teams across several product lines. For this position, we seek for a young professional, who is passionate about innovating in the area of Safe Fail Operational architectures and safety software frameworks for Autonomous Driving.

**Your Tasks**:

- Identify market trends and innovative practices in the development of modern vehicles
- Understand and collect pertaining stakeholder needs, translating them into compelling use cases
- Communicate with stakeholders about new products / services and the improvement of existing ones
- Collect quantitative market feedback about the product performance (e.g. NPS score)
- Define and maintain solution roadmap and align with the solution train
- Work closely with the solution train for planning, execution, progress tracking and reporting
- Create non-coded assets for the product, update them regularly
- Work on new processes with regards to product management, improve existing ones

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar)
- At least 1,5-2 years of relevant experience in product management / product owner role (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, in any of the following areas: Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS), Autonomous Driving (AD), platform software or vehicle communication and connectivity
- Detailed understanding and experience with AUTOSAR
- Strong customer orientation, outstanding communication skills and unwavering service-orientation
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, German is a plus
