**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You participate in the management team decision making process and have an influence on investment decisions.
- You contribute to policy development in the area of financial controlling and you are involved in customizing of policies, procedures and practices.
- You define, coordinate and execute the annual planning process to ensure financial target setting throughout the organization (MTP). You review financial targets and proposes correction measures to address deviations.
- You implement and administer established financial controlling policies, procedures and practices.
- Coordinates and performs relevant periodic reporting in a complete, timely and comprehensive way. Manages further conceptual development of the reporting tools and reporting contents in close alignment with management.
- You provide financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets and standards and advice to management.
- You oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- You act as project manager for finance and controlling projects. You act as team member and project controller in business projects.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Economics
- You have minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Oil and Gas industry know how would be a plus
- You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- You have a structured approach, delivery and execution mindset
- You have a positive attitude
- You have advanced financial know-how and understanding of complex business topics
- You are highly experienced with Microsoft products and specific controlling tools (e.g. TM1, SAP)
- You have English Professional Proficiency
