In your role as Digital Product Manager, you'll enable our Business to continue creating industry-leading digital experiences. You'll do so by taking ownership of the brand projects, which facilitate the creation, governance and lifecycle management of our websites, apps, and games, ensuring user satisfaction and business efficiency.

**BACKLOGS & ROADMAPS**

Contribute to the overall product vision and strategy and deliver on product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Business demands & requirements.

Work with business owners and key stakeholders to translate business demands into user journeys and features.

Develop expertly defined requirements, identify, and manage dependencies.

Define success & acceptance criteria as well as quality measures.

Foster a user centered mindset through analytics, user feedback, user tests, research, and benchmarking.

**COLLABORATION & EXECUTION**

Collaborate with and drive effectiveness of cross-functional teams in business, analytics, design, product, and engineering.

Liaise with and manage external suppliers and build a trusted partner/supplier network.

Deliver assignments end-to-end, on-deadline and in-line with agreed strategies and processes as well as UX, brand and legal guidelines.

Act as product owner in agile/scrum product development or project owner in conventional product development, as needed.

**COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT**

Act as key contact and guide, advice, and support users (countries, colleagues, and external partners) in utilizing the Digital products effectively.

Communicate product enhancements on a regular basis along with a solid documentation.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years work experience in a multinational environment in the media or digital industries

University Degree in digital, media, design, technology, or a related discipline

Fluent in English

Strong awareness of modern UX design and digital product/project management methodologies

Experience with project and product management & flexibility to continuously adapt to new tools, software, technical landscapes

Experience in an entrepreneurial and start-up environment is beneficial

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences

A Growth Mindset with a desire to improve and appreciation of feedback

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,602 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
