Then become part of our Equipment Rental team and give Red Bull productions the best possible starting position with the exactly right technical equipment.** In this role you are responsible for the implementation of new solutions that give our Red Bull content the chance to stand out. You are a communicative person to bring producers and experts together. Presenting in front of customers is not unusual for you and you got a clear understanding of common processes of professional media productions. Your tasks as Project Manager Innovations include a constant market overview of new products, trends and developments and their categorization as well as prioritization. Internal communication is an important part of your work to make our internal clients aware of what might be or should be relevant for Red Bull. **PROJECTMANAGEMENT** You are responsible for the proactive development and implementation of demand-driven products with a clear focus on hardware in media production. From Kickstarter to deployment: a professional evaluation of new products and establishing the necessary processes is the elementary starting point. You evaluate new products and ideas with appropriate approaches (Design Thinking, Sprint, or similar) and, if suitable, develop corresponding business models for the use in an equipment rental department. **RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT** You’re the link between the in-house departments Equipment Rental, Postproduction and Broadcast and ensure a smooth cooperation with the finding of synergies. You scrutinize technical and organizational processes and align them with the future in close cooperation with the respective teams. **COMMUNICATION & CONSULTING** You can rely on your network of specialists and are constantly expanding it. You are outgoing and not afraid of communication in large corporate organizations. You organize information and networking events and implement them successfully: You bring the right experts into contact with the right stakeholders on the right topic. You enjoy sharing your expertise in a team and familiarizing yourself with new topics. You may not always have an immediate answer to everything. But you always have an idea how to get to the right answer. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
