As Project Manager at Creative Services, you’re responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project development from conception to completion. This role requires strategic planning, effective resource management and excellent communication skills to ensure that creative projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards. You serve as a key link between the creative team and stakeholders, driving project success through well-thought-out organization and a proactive problem-solving approach.

**Project Management and Planning**

In this role, you will oversee the management and planning of editing, motion graphic, and audio projects for all brands within the world of Red Bull. This includes the creation and monitoring of production schedules, budget plans, tracking, and billing.

**Communication and Team Coordination**

Effective communication and information preparation are crucial to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will maintain clear communication with team members and external partners, including production companies, to ensure collaboration and project alignment.

**Client Management and Archiving**

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will oversee the file transfer and archiving processes. This involves maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that all project materials are properly managed and stored.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a media production environment or creative agency

Very good written and spoken English and business fluent German

Experience in planning and executing media productions.

Solid understanding of technical workflows of post-production processes

Flexible and efficient organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Structured and proactive way of working

Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle tight deadlines.

Friendly appearance and excellent communication skills

Solution-oriented and proactive team player with the ability to motivate and support

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
