**Are you convinced that media productions can be even more successful when producers, editors and cutters can really focus on the creative part?**:
Our colleagues in the area of production and postproduction as well as our production partners will be able to focus on their job and produce world-class media products, as the technical services defined and provided by you will release them from thinking about the workflow and just guide them smoothly through it from the delivery of raw material to getting the ready-to-air product shippable - no matter where the production takes place or where they themselves are located.

- STRATEGY & COMMUNICATION

You are open-minded, approachable and empathetic, and will therefore establish constructive working relationships with your stakeholders that will enable you to shape the future of production and postproduction workflows at Red Bull together. With clear and transparent communication, you’ll manage the expectation towards the stakeholders as well as towards the team well. And by making success measurable you’ll be able to first define and then also demonstrate the value added with your portfolio.
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT

As you are shaping the workflows and leading the definition of the service portfolio in the area of production and postproduction, you’ll need to be able to manage changes in a non-disruptive way and generate an intrinsic motivation of the service users to adjust their way of working.
- ROADMAP PLANNING

You are breaking down your ideas for development of the service portfolio in the production/postproduction domain into valuable roadmap items for alignment with the teams and the stakeholders, and also for prioritization across other roadmap items within the broader department.
- INNOVATION & SERVICE DESIGN
- TEAM & COLLABORATION

You’ll work in an agile team that has the ownership of delivering the services you plan together as well as to operate these services. You’ll also interact closely with other teams from other domains on broader initiatives. We believe in constant constructive feedback as a crucial ingredient for personal development of skills.

EXPERIENCE**
Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Work experience in a media company, TV station or an agency
- Strongly immersed in the current culture on the pulse of current and upcoming media production and postproduction trends
- Experience in budget and strategy planning to drive change and improvement
- High empathy with the capability to work with people from all cultural and social backgrounds
- Excellent stakeholder management and strong project management skills
- With your highly structured and self-sufficient way of working you enjoy excelling in a high-demanding environment
- Familiar with service design principles, experience with user experience design
- University degree in Media Production, Media Design, Computer Science or Economics or professional experience in any of these areas
- Fluent in German and English
- Travel 10%
