Head of Consolidation

**About the job**

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join RHI Magnesita as the Head of Consolidation, in Vienna. As an integral part of the senior finance team, you are reporting to our Senior Vice President Reporting & Finance. Together with your team of consolidation experts, you are managing the monthly consolidation of approx. 120 entities and the coordination of the external audit. You will lead the Group's consolidation function and will be responsible for the integrity of financial information across RHI Mangesita operations. The right mindset and cultural fit are critical in our customer obsessed, dynamic, open-minded, collaborative and pragmatic approach to business.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Lead the monthly and annual Group consolidation process and work with the SVP Reporting & Finance to improve the monthly consolidation process
- Partner with the Finance organisation to anticipate changes to consolidation
- Participation in strategic projects (e.g. support for acquisitions and M&A transactions, SAP projects, preparing and conducting reporting/accounting/consolidation workshops, etc.)
- Assess and improve financial discipline around the financial close process
- Suggest Updates and improvements for accounting processes and policies

**Education**

A university degree in finance, economics, accounting, controlling or similar

**Languages**

English - Proficient/Fluent

Any other language is considered as an asset

Your potential annual gross salary starts at € 85.000,00 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
