**Your Profile**:

- Advanced knowledge in accounting according to UGB and IFRS
- Accurate, independent, self-organized and structured way of working
- Excellent with MS Excel
- Excellent skills in German & English (min. C1)
- Experience with Tagetik is an advantage
- Communicative team player
- Real Estate know-how is an advantage

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration in preparation of (quarterly) consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
- at Senior level taking responsibility for selected topics during the preparation of the financial statements
- Collaboration in preparation of the group disclosures according to IFRS
- Creation of adjustment or consolidation entries
- Collaboration in the development and optimization of the consolidation processes
- Internal and external contact person for consolidation and IFRS topics
- Collaboration in special projects and transactions

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 4.000 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
