The Department **FS Banking **is responsible for the **Preparation of Financial Statements **according to local GAAP (UGB/BWG) and IFRS **for RBI AG and **our serviced **Banking Subsidiaries. **We focus on solving complex Accounting & Reporting issues of Banking Products. The team is also responsible for driving our finance IT architecture modernization program to change the way how banking products are processed within finance.

**Financial Accounting & Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)**:who will shape the future of **One Finance **together with us.

**What you can expect**:

- You are responsible for selected Financial Accounting topics (UGB & IFRS) for RBI AG & serviced Banking Units
- Support the Consolidation UGB for RBI AG
- Perform IFRS Reporting Packages to the Group (FINREP & Notes)
- Support the Preparation of Financial Statements & Annual Report for RBI AG & serviced Banking Units
- Perform Financial Reconciliation between General Ledger & Subledgers and provide Periodic Data Alignment with our Stakeholders
- Analyze monthly results (BS/P&L Analysis & IFRS Comments) and perform Ad-hoc requests to the Management
- Design innovations and improvements of our Accounting & Reporting processes
- Support Projects within Finance

**What you bring to the table**:

- University Degree in Economics and Business/Business Administration/Accounting or similar
- About 3 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Accounting & Financial Reporting or Financial Analyses in a Bank or consulting business
- Knowledge of local Accounting standards (UGB/BWG) & IFRS
- Strong Excel & MS Office skills, programming skills are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Results-driven Team-player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow
