To strengthen the Corporate Finance team in our Head Office in Vienna, we are looking for a Manager Consolidation and Reporting who will be responsible for compliance and accuracy of Borealis consolidated financial statements and financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. This role will lead the Closing & Reporting team and report directly to the Senior Manager Group Finance.

**In this exciting role, your tasks will include to**:

- Support Borealis’ strategy implementation with decisions on the correct treatment of complex transactions - new ventures & partnerships, acquisitions, disposals, earn-outs and similar non-ordinary constructions.
- Lead financial integration of new companies and set up reporting routines and SAP systems where applicable.
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements of the Borealis group and review the individual accounts for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain the processes enabling financial reporting to be used both for internal decision making as well as for meeting requirements applicable to public companies.
- Prepare reliable financial data for the group management decisions and provide guidance and optimal solutions to daily business issues (valuations, cash flows, taxes, business structures ).
- Change agent for implementation of new developments.
- Mentor direct reports to foster their personal development.

**About you**:

- Relevant university degree and certified Chartered Accountant or Tax Advisor
- 10 years of relevant experience (including audits), 5 of which with an international company
- Ability to manage finance relevant departments to deliver the required inputs
- Business fluency in German and English (our corporate language)
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, paired with a coaching and training experience
- Proactive, analytical and achievement oriented personality
