We are looking for a Specialist License Control (M/F/d) in part-time (30 hours, 40 hours optional). Your home base will be our head office at Vienna Airport.

Salary

For this position, we offer an attractive salary that matches your qualifications and experience. The gross monthly salary for the profile described is at least EUR 2.075 (14x). Overpayment is possible, especially with relevant professional experience and special qualifications.
Tasks

As a Specialist Licence Control (M/F/d) you support the team with the daily tasks in the training department of an operational flight operation.

Control and renewal of board personnel licenses
Tracking of expiry dates of the necessary legally relevant documents (e.g.: medical, background check)
Data management in Netline
Digitization of files
Independent organization of the Welcome Days for board staff
Support for projects and special tasks in the Training Department
Contact person for internal stakeholders and departments of the EW Group
Close collaboration with other Flight Operation departments

**Requirements**:
You have professional experience in the field of license control or training in operational flight operations
You have a high level of customer and service orientation
A high degree of creative will and accuracy in implementation are a matter of course for you
You are an open and reliable personality with a hands-on mentality and enjoy teamwork and organizational activities
Your language skills in German and English are business fluent
Possibility for mobile working
Good PC skills (Excel and Power Point) are desirable, as well as experience in using Netline
Be empowered - You work independently and keep a cool head and humour in hectic times
