As an Agile Delivery Manager you will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Agile Leads, ensuring excellence in agile delivery across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Team Leadership**: Guide a team of Agile Leads, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.
- ** Agile Expertise**: Develop and refine processes and methodologies for product and project delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- ** Collaboration**: Facilitate cross-domain communication to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends for continuous improvement.
- ** Project Support**: Assist in defining and executing small projects, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder communication.
- ** Risk Management**: Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring timely escalation and intervention.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Foster a culture of ongoing learning and refinement in processes and practices.
- ** Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve conflicts, ensuring a focus on delivering business outcomes.

**Qualifications** Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading organizational transformation and change management.
- Proficient in Continuous Improvement strategies.
- Knowledge of Governance & Assurance principles.
- Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to create and communicate clear goals aligned with business strategy.
- Experience in talent recruitment, development, and retention.
