**What to expect**:

- Support vision and mission in order to pursue the strategy and goals of UNIQA Group
- Produce, improve and maintain the operational group reporting in order to enable and support the operational business steering
- Develop/Define in close co-ordination with all relevant UNIQA countries best practices and innovative performance in Operation process with special focus on Claims process
- Control key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordination of UNIQA Group Operations handling activities/initiatives
- Support in introduction of methods and training of tools for claims handling in all UNIQA Group countries (for ex. CCFR tool)
- Implement best practice in Operations area in all relevant UNIQA countries to achieve the defined goals
- Support in process-based capacity planning in Operations area
- Ensure the sustainable development of all actions / measures taken

**What we expect**:

- Ideally university degree with main focus on process & project management in Operations
- At least 4-5 years of experience in the area of claims management
- Knowledge of one of the languages of UNIQA International Customer Market
- Knowledge of key players on west European markets with respect to claims management
- Experience in project and process management
- Experience in consulting, moderation and training
