**Assistant - Legal Department f/m/d**
- The AVL Group Legal Department offers a wide range of services in various fields of law. Its goal is to find innovative solutions, minimise risks and create a common understanding.
- This is a part-time position (25 hours per week).

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting the department in administrative and organisational matters
- Independent document management (including contract filing, filing of corporate law protocols incl. follow-up, file management)
- Independent maintenance of the department's internal SharePoint page
- Invoice processing, including expense and travel expense accounting
- Administration of day-to-day office operations, including ordering office supplies, sick notes, commercial register extracts
- Occasional appointment coordination, planning and organisation of business trips

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed Apprenticeship with focus on economics or completed Commercial Academy
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an assistant role is desirable
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Structured, independent and forward-looking approach to work
- Organisational skills, strong social skills and flexibility
- Self-confident manner and interdisciplinary communication skills
- Fluent fluent knowledge in German and English

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46.600,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
