Als internationales, stark wachsendes Unternehmen setzt ZETA vor allem auf seine engagierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.Aktuell suchen wir 1 Department Assistant (M/F/d) Standort: Lieboch Eintrittsdatum: ab sofortArt der Stelle: VollzeitDeine Aufgaben: - Aktive Unterstützung des Departments Project Management in allen administrativen, organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Belangen national sowie international - Daten - und Dokumentenaufbereitung (z.B. Wartung, Pflege und Einreichen von neuen QM Dokumenten) - Wartung und Pflege von bestehenden QM Dokumenten und Abstimmung mit dem QM- Erstellung von Präsentationen - Unterstützung in der Zeit - und Leistungserfassung - Protokollführung, Vor - und Nachbereitungen von Besprechungen - Klassische Assistenztätigkeiten in der Projektorganisation (Bearbeitung von Schriftverkehr, Terminvereinbarungen, Dienstreiseorganisation, Kundenbesuche, Audits etc.)Dein Profil: - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HASCH, HAK, HLW, HTL, o.ä.) - Erste Berufserfahrung im Office-Bereich oder in der Projektabwicklung vorteilhaft - Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office - Sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge - Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Team - und Organisationsfähigkeit - Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise - Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%)Wir bieten - Gratis Kaffee - Events für Mitarbeitende - Flexible Arbeitszeiten - Betriebsarzt - Gratis Äpfel - weitere Zeta BenefitsDas Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 2.212,44 pro Monat (38,5 Stunden/Woche).
