**Your Responsibilities**:

- Autonomous research and publication activities in the field of (applied) econometrics
- Participation in existing research projects and development of new research projects in the field of (applied) econometrics
- Possibility to work on a habilitation project
- Independent teaching in the field of econometrics and empirical economics
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks at the Department of Economics

**Your Profile**:

- Completed doctorate/PhD in the area Economics with focus in Econometrics or Statistics
- Ideally publications in internationally recognized journals as well as participation in international conferences
- Potential for excellent research
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of German is advantageous but not necessary
- Passion for scientific work and working with students
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
