Your duties - Scientific research on mechanisms, conditions and processes of interdisciplinary research with and on digital methods and digital innovation - Take responsibility for setting up and managing the thematic area "Open Innovation Lab - Open Science and Open Innovation", fostering the network between all thematic areas and staff members at the IDea_Lab, and proactively establishing and coordinating interdisciplinary working and communication structures with the faculties, institutes, and fields of excellence at the university - Foster and support structures, processes and activities to promote an interdisciplinary research environment for data-intensive research - Develop and implement innovative and experimental concepts and formats to promote open innovation and open science in research, teaching and administration - Support the development of interdisciplinary and cross-department networks for digital transformation within the university and beyond - Participate in interdisciplinary teaching - Engagement in public relations and science communication - Support in organizational and administrative tasks - Support in the acquisition of third-party funds Your Profile - Completed doctoral / PhD studies - Interdisciplinary research experience in innovation research, science and technology studies, digital transformation, digital innovation, open science or open innovation - Very good knowledge of organizing and coordinating inter - and transdisciplinary teams - Practical experience with the use of digital methods in own research (desirable) - Hands-on experience with open innovation practices such as data hackathons, citizen science, living labs, or data donation (desirable) - Experience in science management (desirable) - Excellent command of spoken and written English and good German language skills - Responsible and self-reliant work style - Quality awareness and innovative spirit **Benefits**: The minimum salary as stated in the collective agreement and according to the classification scheme is EUR 4.061,50 gross/month (for full-time employment). This minimum salary may be higher due to previous employment periods eligible for inclusion and other earnings and remunerations.
