Your duties
- Independent research and publication in the field of General Educational Science
- Independent planning and implementation of relevant research and development projects with digital instruments and networks
- Local, national and international cooperation with other research and educational institutions
- Self-reliant implementation of teaching courses according to the collective-contract framework
- Supervision of academical thesis
- Involvement in the university’s self-government
- Support of students
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measures

Your Profile
- In-depth knowledge of the conceptual, communication-theoretical and historical-systematic foundations of educational science and the complex connections between theory and prachtice
- Knowledge of the transfer of educational theories to socially relevant pedagogical fields from early childhood to old age
- Unterstanding oft he connections between social developments and upbringing and educational processes, including the modifications caused by digitization also Experience and knowledge related to electronically supported cooperation between science and educational institutions such as kindergartens, schools, youth work, adult education
- Scientific publication activity according to academic age and lectures aktivities
- Research experience and knowledge in the field of general pedagogy related to theoretical approaches, participations, institutions desirable
- Experience in academic teaching in the field of general educational science and its interfaces to other sub-disciplines
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of university structures desired
- Indepentent working ways, communication, cooperation and team skills

**Benefits**:

- The minimum salary as stated in the collective agreement and according to the classification scheme is EUR 4.061,50 gross/month (for full-time employment). This minimum salary may be higher due to previous employment periods eligible for inclusion and other earnings and remunerations.Additional comments
