**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other internal teams to support the regional Marketing plans
- Actively collaborate with the Sales and Channel Managers in the region to execute activities to drive business
- Together with the Field Marketing Managers for the region, proposing quarterly marketing plans, align with the sales and channel teams and execute on plans
- Manage all aspects of large event logistics
- Collaborate with Channel & Alliances team on Partner marketing (PMDF) including management of our partner portal for activity approval and follow up reporting
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our partners and cloud service providers
- Cover general administrative responsibilities, including budgeting, contracts, lead upload, JIRA projects, merchandising
- Manage reporting and program tracking, incl. reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Set up new suppliers and manage procurement, invoicing and contracts
- Support internal communication campaigns to effectively distribute key information

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years marketing experience, preferably working in B2B/tech
- Understanding of marketing through channel and distributors
- Fluent German & English
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to read data and to convert that into actionable plans
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high paced environment
- Must be an enthusiastic self-starter
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Being agile and goal-oriented
- Capable of dealing with different teams and cultural variances
