**Who will be your travel partners?**
The TourRadar Marketing Team plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to promote the TourRadar brand and driving award-winning, agile and impactful marketing solutions to the business across multiple channels and initiatives. Our global Marketing team of 30 passionate individuals combines an in-house Creative Lab, a CRM and B2B Team, as well as a Community and Performance Marketing Team, who execute exciting campaigns for our worldwide audience and develop strategies to reinforce our mission and drive sustainability.
Our **TourRadar Marketing Solutions Team (TMS)** is part of the overall Marketing Team. TMS functions like an in-house digital marketing agency, working with the world's most inspiring travel brands and tourism organisations to deliver impactful solutions, no matter the marketing objective.
**What your adventure will look like**:
- Prepare campaign concepts & proposals based on our partners business objectives, target audiences and markets
- Orchestrate the creation and delivery of campaign assets (such as content, copy, landing pages and paid media buys) with internal stakeholders
- Support campaign performance monitoring during the flight and communicate necessary opitmizations if needed to internal stakeholders
- Create post-campaign reports to measure success and identify learnings. This includes aggregating various sources of data to analyse campaign performance such as impressions, CTR, sales, etc
- Serve as main point of contact to external partners during campaigns located in multiple timezones, ensuring timely execution
**What you’ll need to bring to your adventure**:
- Excellent English writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Open-minded and positive team player with strong communication skills and sales acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent work experience
- Proven working experience of minimum 1-2 years, either brand or agency side, in marketing, preferrably with experience in planning and running paid media campaigns
- Understanding of digital and content marketing principles as well as media channels (e.g. Meta and Google)
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker)
- Self-motivated and well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, learn and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Passion for travel
