This profile will be responsible of bringing digitalization to the plans, staying in touch with digital industry, assessing consumer & competitive trends.

You will have the responsibility to set the right dynamic within the digital team by ensuring the planning of the digital brand awareness campaigns (ivideo, search, social media, programmatic, etc) on time and in line with internal controls, aswell as ecommerce performance. Constantly looking for efficiencies and synergies across touchpoints with consumers.

**Responsibilities**
- Design best in class digital media strategies to achieve brands’ business objectives, constantly looking for efficiencies, ensuring harmony between online & offline vehicles (as well as with other teams such as marketing, data, market technologist) and within digital mix.
- Bring innovation by staying in touch with digital industry trends and partnering with Media vendors and tech partners for the execution of the Plan. Main point of contact for external partners (WG, TTD, etc.).
- Preparation of briefings and Digital Mkt Plans and coordination with external agencies and internal digital teams.
- Management and optimization of the budget.
- Supervision of the execution of the campaigns by the internal team and agencies.
- Management of a multidisciplinary team directly.

- Ecommerce D2C/Marketplaces/e-Retail expertise.
- Act as business owner, doing things right, tracking budget committed, adhering with internal controls.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Demonstrable experience in digital planning and knowledge of digital KPIs.
- English C1
- German C2
- Excel: advanced
- Power Point: advanced
- Sales force: CRM software management knowledge
- Power BI: User
