We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator** to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting on clients' digital marketing campaigns. This role involves media planning, data analysis, creative problem-solving, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful campaign outcomes and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and set up digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize campaigns for peak performance
- Analyze data to drive campaign improvements
- Report on campaign performance to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with other departments to meet client goals and ensure campaign success

**Requirements**:

- **Digital marketing experience or education** (knowledge of marketing/advertising terminology and tasks)
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and ability to face the unknown with confidence
- Ability to understand clients' goals and **deliver results**:

- Proficiency in **Google Sheets/Excel** (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and formatting)
- **Detail-oriented**, with a high degree of **initiative** and **responsibility**:

- Strong written and spoken English skills (Upper-intermediate written and Intermediate spoken)

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in the full cycle of programmatic campaign launches on platforms like Google, Facebook, or Simpli.fi
