You’ll work closely with designers, writers, and marketing colleagues to coordinate campaigns, website content, and event activities. From planning and tracking projects to keeping workflows structured and timelines on track, you’ll help ensure every campaign launches seamlessly and supports our mission to **_"_**_Make Sports Happen"_**.** Work time**: Full Time** **(35h/week, every second Friday off)** Location**: VIENNA, Austria** **Your Tasks**: - You have **3-5 years of experience** in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role - You’re highly **organized and detail-oriented**, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease - You’re confident coordinating **website content**, campaign materials, and event-related assets across teams - You enjoy bringing **structure and clarity** to creative work - organizing workflows, files, and processes comes naturally to you - You’re a **strong communicator** who collaborates effectively with designers, writers, and marketing colleagues - You have experience with **CMS tools** (Storyblok, WordPress, or similar) and a good understanding of campaign performance and analytics - You’re **proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented**, taking ownership of your projects and driving them to completion **Your Profile**: - Coordinate marketing projects within the **Creative Team**, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with campaign goals - Manage and update **website content** (currently in Storyblok) in collaboration with writers, designers, and external partners - Coordinate **event-related marketing activities**, including logistics, timelines, and content production, in collaboration with the Comms Team - Take ownership of key marketing projects such as the **Top Partner Certificates**, **Ambassador Program** - Work closely with the Growth and Performance Marketing teams to ensure content and campaigns are **data-informed and well-structured** - Help improve **workflows, tools, and file structures** to make creative processes more efficient and transparent **What’s in it for you?**: - Enjoy true flexibility with **no core hours** and the freedom to organise your day around your work and life - Work smarter, not longer: our full-time week is **35 hours**, and **every second Friday is off** - Work in the office located in **the heart of the most liveable city**, that waits for you to bring out the best of it - Stay active with a **monthly sports budget**: - try a new class, play your favourite sport, or simply move the way you love - Keep learning with a **€500 annual training budget** and **5 extra vacation days** for personal development - Take time to explore what inspires you during our quarterly **“Day to Explore”** - Work with **modern equipment** - every team member gets a **MacBook** to perform at their best - Join our regular **sports sessions, team activities, and events** - we work hard, but we also play - Be part of a **passionate, international, and sporty team** that believes work should feel meaningful and fun - At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 39,000_ (based on a full-time basis of 35h, change according to the position and experience level)_ We look forward to hearing from you
