Through these efforts, we aim to make snowboarding and the outdoors accessible to all. **The Breakdown**: We are currently looking for two seasonal Product Service Coordinators to join our team from October/November to April/May. The Product Service Coordinator inspects products returned for service consideration across all Burton and Anon product categories, determines claim settlements, and ensures that all claims are handled in accordance with Burton Snowboards' policies and guidelines. The role may also include acting as a point person for specific areas such as key accounts, product categories, customer service, or other designated focus areas. **What You Get to Do**: - Manage product claims in cooperation with dealer and customer service - Manage product claims with direct customer contact by telephone and/or in writing - Warehouse organization and assisting with product repairs - Responsible for spare part orders from order acceptance to dispatch - Packaging and shipping of products and spare parts - Responding to specific inquiries by end user and providing them with a professional and high quality customer service - Assist in shop product claims What You’ll Bring to the Team - Hands-on attitude - Sustainability focused - Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are a plus - Good MS-office knowledge - Well organized, time efficient and multi-tasking ability - Craftsmanship for repairs and technical understanding - Strong understanding of the snowboard & outdoor sports industry and related products - A positive attitude, detail-oriented and capability to work independently while maintaining a "team and customer first" mindset **What We would Love to Offer You**: - Unique and challenging position in a young and dynamic team - Very good team spirit, flat hierarchies, shared outdoor activities and space to learn & develop - A multinational team, in a modern and pet friendly office, located in the heart of the Alps - In accordance with Austrian law we are obliged to disclose that the minimum salary is based on the collective bargaining agreement for employees in the trade sector (group C).
