**Company Description**:
**Are you passionate about the implementation of digitalization projects in the Legal context? Then joining our Legal Operations team could be the right challenge for you. As our project manager, your job will be to support the coordination of people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.**

Together with the team, you'll be actively working on cross-departmental projects and independently supervise and implement work packages. We're looking for a motivated talent to support us in project management.

**DIGITALIZATION**

One of your main responsibilities is to successfully manage various digitalization projects. You'll support the roll out and migration of a new matter management solution. With your work, you'll help to further develop the user journey of matter management for the Legal department and be the first point of contact for all local key users. Part of your responsibilities is to: support the requirements engineering, ensure test management, oversee the data quality, provide key user support & enable users via trainings.

**REPORTING & ANALYSIS**

In this exciting role, you'll identify relevant insights through reporting and data analysis, thus contributing to fact-based decision-making within our team. You'll support us in ensuring data quality in our system landscape.

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**

**KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT**

You'll support us in driving and implementing our knowledge management initiative, including: facilitating knowledge hubs and centers of influence across the organization. Designing an intranet experience that makes sharing and finding best practices much easier. Encouraging team members to document and share their work in standard templates and formats. Guarding against loss of valuable knowledge caused by staff departures and role changes.

**Qualifications**:
1-3 years of project management and related experience

Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Experience with database systems, e.g. maintenance of master data, is an advantage

Technical understanding and a solution-oriented attitude

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Committed, responsible, process-oriented and very precise work

Efficient communication and passion for engaging with different stakeholders

Team spirit and high level of commitment

Education

Graduate in the field of Law, Business & Law, Economics or Business Informatics, or a related field with a focus on Digitalization or similar

Above-average English (spoken and written)

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
