Your mission
As our Event Manager at Prewave, you will
- Find suitable events and negotiate conditions for our participation.
- Liaison with event organizers and ensures smooth execution of events, both self-hosted and external.
- Organize all promotional material and assets for the event and compile content during the event.
- Coordinate with the speakers and control the quality of the pitch and the performance.
- Advocate for Prawave’s core values by driving our mission and representing our vision in every event.
- Ensure professional customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
**Profile**:
Must haves
- 1+ years experience in event and/or project management.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills, commitment and reliability.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Structured and professional work ethics.
Bonus points for
- Good knowledge of the German or any additional language skills.
- Previous experience in the B2B sector.
- Strong ties to the supply chain space.
