**What is this job about?**:
In this role as **Sales Representative**, your goal is to generate leads, and eventually long-term working relationships with clients.

On a daily basis, you will **prospect** new sales opportunities through various channels. You will act as the **face of the company**, and slowly develop a healthy **sales pipeline**. By constantly striving to exceed targets, you will assist in the expansion of the **German-speaking** market

**Your challenges**:

- Sales_
- Become an expert on the company's service & products
- **Prospect new sales opportunities** through various channels, whilst exploring new distribution channels to target
- Deliver sales presentations to buyers, and attend various client meetings
- Develop strong working relationships with clients
- Monitor customer’s websites weekly, and ensure that stock levels are maintained & photos are displayed correctly
- Order Processing_
- Process and replenish fashion orders
- Liaison with international offices to ensure the correct processing of orders
- **Negotiate** delivery dates
- Manage situations involving **shortages**, effectively communicating with the customer
- Manage the order confirmation process
- Admin_
- Manage customer’s **purchase orders (PO)**, and verify against the buy sheet (making amendments when necessary)
- Communicate with the Order Team when the purchase order is confirmed
- Manage customer gold seal approvals

**What do you need to apply?**:

- Language skills: advanced level (C1+) in **German and English**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in **Sales**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in **Retail**
- Ability to do:

- Lead generation
- Sales presentations
- Face-to-face sales
- Account management (developing **client relationships**)
- Comfortable with **Event Organisation**

**Important**: For this position, you can either relocate to **Vienna**, Austria. You will need to be in possession of an **EU VISA** for this position.
