We are looking for you - as a responsible, team player who wants to make a difference
As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will play a key role in implementing the QM system. You are responsible for the supplier quality flow in cooperation with other departments. You ensure that all relevant measures are taken to ensure our elements are within specification.

In this role, you will:

- be involved in the selection and approval of suppliers and, if necessary, in the escalation process
- accompany our suppliers in the development process (APQP) in cooperation with relevant interface areas up to the release by means of initial sampling (PPF, PPAP)
- design and carry out the necessary test processes (e.g. incoming goods inspection)
- control activities and escalations in case of deviations (e.g. 8D)
- evaluate supplier performance using key figures
- control a continuous improvement process by means of quality discussions and audits (process, product)
- use interdisciplinary cooperation with interface departments (e.g. purchasing, development, process planning, production, QM, QS)

**About you**
- Completed university studies and at least 3 years of supplier quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experiences as an auditor
- Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001, VDA 2, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, AIAG APQP, MSA, PPAP. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 are a bonus
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SharePoint, Power Automat, Power Apps, Power BI
- Experiences with SAP
- Six Sigma or Lean Green/Black Belt an advantage
