Your mission
We are looking for a Supplier Success Manager (f/m/d) who will drive supplier engagement, optimise interaction processes, and ensure successful collaboration between suppliers and internal teams. Your main tasks will be:

- Contribute to the success of ongoing projects with a focus on supplier engagement and supplier support
- Develop concepts around supplier interaction points in Prewave, namely reporting, actions and assessments
- Condense information, interpret results and prepare presentations and reports
- Help create and run campaigns aiming to cater for the Prewave supplier base
- Collaborate closely with our Supplier Success team, Operations team and other members of Prewave
- Prepare and present data related to specific use cases and project goals by capturing necessary data out of our various production databases, mainly on SQL server and PostgreSQL

**Profile**:
**Must-haves**:

- Bachelor’s degree, HAK, HTL or equivalent
- 2+ yrs experience in roles with customer or multi-stakeholder communication
- Ability to work effectively in various projects at the same time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent research, collaboration and organisational skills
- Professional level English language skills, both written and spoken
- A valid work permit for Austria

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience in similar jobs, working environments and industries
- Strong French language skills, both written and spoken, other languages are also welcome
- Strong working experience with databases, especially SQL Server and Postgres
- Understanding of supply chains, and interest in sustainability and impact areas
