Wir suchen einen Document Controller, der Dokumente für unsere Projekte vorbereitet, verwaltet und archiviert.

Zu den Aufgaben des Document Controllers gehören das Abtippen von Verträgen und das Archivieren von Dateien/Akten. Er stellt zudem sicher, dass alle Teammitglieder Zugang zu den erforderlichen Dokumenten erhalten. Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie Erfahrung in der Überprüfung technischer Dokumente sowie in der Erkennung von Fehlern haben.

Letztendlich unterstützen Sie uns bei der Verwaltung unserer Dokumente, indem sie transparent, aktuell und leicht auffindbar bleiben.

**Aufgaben**: Kopieren, Scannen und Speichern/Ablegen von Dokumenten
Prüfen der Dateien auf Genauigkeit und Bearbeiten von Dateien, wie Verträgen

Überprüfen und Aktualisieren technischer Dokumente (z. B. Handbücher und Arbeitsabläufe)

Verteilen der projektbezogene Kopien an interne Teams

Ablegen von Dokumenten in physischen und digitalen Aufbewahrungssystemen

Erstellen von Vorlagen für die zukünftige Verwendung

Abrufen von Dateien auf Anforderung von Mitarbeitern und Kunden

Verwalten des Dokumentationsflusses innerhalb des Unternehmens

Bewahren der Vertraulichkeit in Bezug auf vertrauliche Informationen und Vertragsbedingungen

Erstellen von Ad-hoc-Projektberichten bei Bedarf

**Anforderungen**: Berufserfahrung als Document Controller oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
Vertrautheit mit Projektmanagement

Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits
- und Unternehmensrecht

Praktische Erfahrung mit MS Office und MS Excel

Kenntnisse in elektronischen Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (EDMS)

Sehr gute Maschinenschreib
- und Bearbeitungskenntnisse

Fähigkeiten zur Datenorganisation

Detailgenauigkeit

Bachelor-Abschluss in Projektmanagement oder relevantem Bereich
