Logistics Team Leader CSE Region

Your role

As the
Logistics Team Leader for the CSE Region ( Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina)
, your mission is to lead, coordinate, and continuously improve all logistics activities within our regional operations. You will ensure efficient warehouse processes, accurate order handling, optimized transportation flows, and strong alignment with internal stakeholders. In this role, you will guide our logistics team, drive performance, secure compliance with standards, and contribute directly to our operational and commercial success. You will report to the Regional Business Controller CT CSE Region.

You will

• Take an active, hands-on operational role in Austria, while providing strong leadership and coordination across the region.
• Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team to ensure high performance and strong customer focus. (The logistics team currently consists of 1 colleague in Slovenia, 1 colleague in Hungary, and 2 colleagues in Austria.)
• Record sales orders in the ERP system based on received purchase orders and confirmed quotations from C4C.
• Manage transportation operations, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and compliant deliveries.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support documents related to sales orders and store them in the documentation folder.
• Monitor production and delivery stages, informing sales engineers and customers proactively about timelines and potential risks.
• Complete the order cycle, including invoicing, claims, and damage handling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance and customer satisfaction.

You have at least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain. Experience in a leadership or senior function is an advantage.

You bring a strong set of skills and personal qualities, including:

• Strong communication skills and an open, proactive working style
• High accuracy in handling numbers, data, and systems
• Stress resistance and reliability in fast-paced environments
• Native-level German proficiency and excellent English skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience in order processing, logistics, transportation coordination
• Experience with documentation management or production follow-up processes
• A hands-on, energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible personality
• A team-oriented mindset with a balanced, solution-driven approach

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely 2 days in Home Office and being on-site at our office in Vienna and regular traveling within the Region ( max. 5 %)
