**Your mission at RBI**:

- Devise and implement a strategic leadership transformation plan, incorporating effective practices and systematic methods for enduring change
- Lead workshops for heightened self-awareness, aiding leaders and teams in their transformative journeys
- Coach leaders and teams in devising, executing, and gauging the influence of cultural strategies and interventions
Collaborate with People and Organisational Innovation units to harmonize cultural efforts with people strategy, learning prospects, performance management, and transformations

**Your core competencies**:

- Possession of a university degree, potentially in psychology, organizational psychology, change management, or a related field
- History of cultural transformation ventures in Coaching or Consulting realms, or within a large corporate context
- Grasp of team and organizational dynamics, coupled with interpersonal and facilitation capabilities; possibly having coaching education
- Mature and adept at offering guidance to senior leaders, adept at fostering trustful relationships across all business sectors and levels
- Proven project/program manager, ideally within a global, large-scale environment
Team-oriented, well-organized, displaying follow-through and a supportive disposition
