**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Prepare monthly logistics plan for the finished products based on end to end planning result
- Optimize storage supply to own and third party depots, customer supply, considering third party supply transportation and refinery transfers
- Manage stock levels in own and third party storages
- Ensure product availability for sales channels in the depots
- Optimize logistics capacities (loading capacities in Western refineries, rail tank car fleet, transport routes) on optimized level
- Monitor logistics plan execution and support the optimization team with proposals
- Represent Primary Logistics to the short term optimization team, actively communicate logistics proposals and revert with input back to the team
- Prepare KPI Reporting for Primary logistics department
- Continuous evaluation of transport services and analysis of improvement potentials
- Support projects within context of primary logistics or related topics
- Provide detailed support for SAP SLS tool, collect proposals from team and implement SLS improvements
- Develop further interoperability/connection between tools such as SLS and SAP SCSD, decrease month end closing effort

**Your profile**:

- University Degree Master in Economics or technical/IT background
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Strong SAP skills
- Experience in oil and gas industry of advantage
- Proven track record of delivery
- Excellent communication and analytical mindset
- Fluent in English and German
