Als Technical Support Specialist für den Production-Bereich (Commercial Print-Systeme) sind Sie zu 70% für den Support der Field Service Engineers verantwortlich und zu 30% selbst im Feld tätig.

- Einschlägige Erfahrung als Servicetechniker:in in Produkt-Bereich Commercial Print
- Hohes technisches Verständnis und Bereitschaft, dieses ständig weiterzuentwickeln
- Analysefähigkeit in technischer und wirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Gute Selbstorganisation, Verlässlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Reisebereitschaft
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Ihre Aufgaben: -Technischer Support im Falle, dass der jeweilige Servicetechniker das bestehende Problem nicht lösen kann
- Durchführung regelmäßiger technischer Update-Meetings mit allen Servicetechnikern an den jeweiligen Canon Standorten
- Product Performance Monitoring (Auswertungen, Analysen und Einleiten entsprechender Maßnahmen)
- Einbringen technischer Expertise sowie Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen sowie
- Installieren, Reparieren und Warten von Produktions
- und Industriedruckmaschinen im professionellen Druckbereich
- Eigenverantwortliche Fehleranalyse und -behebung zur Absicherung des Produktionsbetriebes
- Präventive Instandhaltung und aktive Mitarbeit an laufenden Verbesserungsprozessen
