Are you an experienced IT Support professional looking to take on a key role within a highly technical environment? We are seeking an
IT Support Specialist
to provide first- and second-level support for internally developed and highly integrated software applications.


Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support

  • Provide effective 1st and 2nd level support for internally developed applications and integrated systems.
  • Take full ownership of support requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate issues to 3rd level support when required.
  • Prioritize, track and follow up on support tickets to meet service expectations.
  • Offer guidance and troubleshooting on technical, configuration and IT-related issues.
  • Test and debug applications to reproduce and document bugs or system issues (partial 3rd level support).

Knowledge Management & Software Development Lifecycle

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and user how-tos.
  • Develop and maintain an effective knowledge management system for both support and product development teams.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to support quality and resolution time; provide regular reports to product management.
  • Provide input to QA and Feature teams based on user feedback and support insights.
  • Update testing documentation following issue resolution and software changes, ensuring inclusion in regression and other testing cycles.


Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in a client-facing IT software support role.
  • Strong technical background in:
  • Windows Server Administration
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft .NET / C#
  • MS SQL Server
  • Atlassian JIRA
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with TFS / Azure DevOps is an advantage.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    ISTQB-FL, ITIL v4, Prince2 or similar
  • Fluency in English is required.
