**Change Manager (M/F/d)**:
As a Change Manager you evaluate and perform risk analysis for changes and ensure the stability of our IT Infrastructure and Services that we provide to our customers. You act as a contact point for various concerns about Change Management and further develop the existing process to support the agile Setup of UITS in Service Now. You chair the CAB meeting and act as a link between providers and value trains in regard to the change process.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Design and maintain the change process (Implementation in Service Now, Update Process Description, further improve the process based on customer and management feedback)
- Chair the CAB meetings (internal, RIT, TSA)
- Track the KPI’s of the change process and ensure high service quality and performance (Reports, Dashboards)
- Support customers and internal colleagues in regard to effective Change Management
- Review Infrastructure Change Requests
- Evaluation of dependencies and performance of risk assessment supported by Service Now
- Maintain the PreApproved Changes List
- Manage our implementation Partner (Softpoint) for Service Now and the Providers
- Perform trainings about the Change Process
- Lead small projects for Improvement Rollouts and Version Upgrades for Service Now

**Your qualification**:

- 3 years of work experience in an IT Service Management related role in a larger enterprise environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Infrastructure Change Management Process
- Intermediate knowledge of ITIL compliant Service Management toolset
- You are familiar with ITIL practices, an ITIL certification is an advantage
- Good knowledge on project management and/or Service Now
- Good command of written and spoken German and English
