**Responsibilities**:

- Design for change: Support (project) teams to jointly design future state visions (e.g. in the context of business transformations, revising target operating models, rolling out new ways of working, service delivery models, culture changes etc.)
- Execute change: Support individuals and organizations to iteratively execute change to create business results, based on change impact assessments, partner and training needs analysis, and resistance management plans
- Increase organizational change management maturity through building and engaging a global Change Management Community of Practice, spread and advance change management methods/ frameworks with strong focus on agile

**Requirements**:

- Formal qualification is required, e.g. degree or certification in the area of organizational psychology, organizational development
- Ideally hold a coaching certification, are familiar with agile methodologies, interested in behavioral science
- Have a track record in Business Model or Organization design
- Big plus: Prior experience in a Big4 Consultancy
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct reporting line, beyond organizational silos and across all hierarchy levels
- Be a phenomenal communicator, strong in visualization and storytelling
- Have leadership experience, prefer working with people as opposed to have people working for them
- Know agile leadership principles and strive to be/become a catalyst leader
- Be a passionate learner, courageous to experiment and try out innovative approaches
- Understand and have experience/skillset in playing product owner role (tools and techniques required to shape requirements, do user analysis and interaction, gather requirements, and drive the change)
