Lead Solution Architect for Managed Services Asg

**Position Purpose**:
**Day-to-day, you will**:

- Shape end-to-end solutions and solution architectures for cloud transformation, modernization and operations, including estimation, solution planning and collaborating with the appropriate Accenture and Avanade teams to create the optimal client outcome.
- Lead the hand-over to delivery of successfully closed deals, acting as interim technical architect to ensure high quality standards are maintained during the transition to service delivery teams.

You are an experienced pre-sales or delivery professional. Clients see you as a trusted advisor and you have the credibility to influence peers and senior leaders within Avanade. You are highly entrepreneurial and can build a results focused customer-centric culture, collaborate with partners across the globe, and develop solutions that deliver results for clients. You understand interactions and opportunities for synergy among parts of the business. Your professional experience most likely include:

- Numeracy, Analysis: comfortable working with estimating, costing and working with Finance and Sales Leads on pricing models. Demonstrating strong analytical skills, ability to analyse customer provided data.
- Communication skills: demonstrating a structured and considered approach to written and oral communication. Ability to communicate potentially complex solutions to less technical people.
- Service Contracts: knowledge of Managed Services service contractual constructs, experienced in the development of contract schedules.
- Team Player: proven ability to work within a team, contributing to the success of the team while making a personal contribution.
- Leadership: Providing leadership to diverse teams and capability of leading teams effectively within a Matrix organization.
- Deals with Ambiguity: ability to define solution elements even when not all the required information is available. Realizing and documenting reasonable assumptions.

**Experience we are looking for**:

- 3+ years solution selling (Sales/Bid Team, RFI, RFP, etc.) with demonstrable success with complex managed service transactions in a European based position
- 5+ years service transition or manged service delivery experience or equivalent
- Working experience in an environment with global delivery and in multiple geographies and industries
- Proficiency with frameworks and processes (ITIL, COBIT preferred)
- Willingness to travel as well as fluent English skills and good German skills are important to succeed in this role
