Accounting Assistant

As part of the Accounting Team, you will support MSC Cruises Austria in various finance and administrative matters. Contribute to the office’s everyday life by varied tasks with a strong focus on accounting & finance matters.
- Degree in Accounting, Business or any related area is preferred;
- Alternatively 1+ year experience in administrative assistance and accounting;
- Fluent in German (C1 in CEFR) and English (B1 in CEFR);
- Good command in MS (Word, Outlook and especially Excel);
- Processing of refund requests;
- Check Bank statements, deposits & open amounts - reminder if necessary;
- Reporting and various correspondence (internally & externally);
- Various administrative tasks;
VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
- Austrian work permit;
